Your patient is a 56yo male complaining of weakness and light-headedness. He is fully alert with decent BP and a HR of around 120. You do a quick 3-lead and he has strange, wide-complex tachycardic rhythm. Electrical therapy isn't indicated. Maryland Protocol tells us to start treatment with adenosine and follow it up with amiodarone.
